Say you had a 17k mile 2007 Dyna Lowrider with the EFI TC96 and the stock 63hp just ain't gonna do. :D What is the natural upgrade path?
Stage I - 70+HP/80+TQ?
> AN Big Sucker or something milled from 'the boys'
> Patriot Defender 2into1
Stage II - 80+HP/100+TQ
> 106/107 overbore or kit (+10%,+11%)
> 10.5:1 forged pistons
> CNC ported heads (port & valve work)
Stage III - 90+HP/120+TQ?
> CNC ported heads w/ oversize valves & mild high lift springs
> Red Shift 575S cams (chain safe)
All of this tuned with a Power Commander PCIIIr.
Is this a path and are these expectations more than reasonable?
I am considering a light hit salvage bike and have always wanted a 100hp bike and hopefully with much less vibration than my 1200S and with incredible arm stretching torque. May become a drag racer too.
