Rigid_EVO With compression readings of 190 and 185: Safe to assume no head gasket leak?

I'm getting some oil blow by, not totally sure where, I think it's the o-ring on one of the front cylinder pushrod tubes, so I did a compression test: 190 and 185, open throttle, but not propping open the slide on an HSR 42. Am I correct in assuming probably not a head gasket?

Both plugs look clean and tan coloured...
