Rubbermount_EVO Help me ID this seat?

Picked up this thing yesterday. The guy was running it on an 04 1200c. There are no markings anywhere on it. I thought it looked LePera-ish, but I know they put their name on the seam and the baseplate.... Seems to be pretty well constructed. Any thoughts?
