Well a bit back we had an early warm up in the weather pattern and it became time to visit with "Iron Mick". This entailed crossing the st. Clair river into Canada, and passing through the Walpole Island Indian Reservation on through to Wallaceburg. This mandates a stop at "Timmies" for a shot of caffeine,Sp? Then its on to Thamesville with a left turn on "2" taking it all the way through to London. I usually call from the American side before boarding the ferry and "Iron Mick" knows its about 2 hours for my arrival. He's ready and waiting and we depart headed for the shore of Lake Erie, seeking "Nathan's Diner" in Port Bruce,(I think it's Port Bruce but correct me if I'm wrong). Following a wonderful breakfast we meander our way back towards London and "Iron Mick" pulls over in the middle of nowhere to show me a delightful little valley of flora and fauna with a historical sign with an explanation. I'm hoping that the couple pictures I posted are properly linked, those that know me are aware of my awful computer skills..........http://s1216.photobucket.com/user/sp...%20Iron%20Mick
