Ironhead Helicoil thread repair

Hi,

I'm trying to fit thread repair inserts on my heads. The inserts come bigger than the hole thats drilled & tapped before inserting.

The inserts some how have to be compressed to get them in the tapped hole. Does anyone have any suggestions on how to compress them?
