Should drive belt be changed at 100k mi?

How long on 1 drive belt for you all? I've got 47,000 miles on my 2008 Roadster, 1200. I just had to replace a totally blown wheel bearing. I've been wondering if maybe I been running the belt a little too tight and wore out the bearing after all these years and miles? Do you think I should just replace the belt because of the miles? Anybody do that?
