2011 48 model

Hi All,

Just picked up a slightly used 2011 48 model with the stock suspension. 7783281352
Drove it home about 20 miles and thought, wow this suspension needs help. It's not just the seat but the suspension seems very stiff to me.

I am 205LBS and 6 foot. Bike will be primarily used to go back and forth to work and short rides less than 100 miles typically. And could also be a bar hopper...

My ultimate wish would be also a bit lower however if this is not a possible solution, comfort is primary.
