Help Me Decipher a UK address

For you United Kingdom people, I could use a bit of help.

My wife and I met a couple in mexico on a vacation. We got to talking about bikes. Turned out he had an extra sportster seat that he had left over after he traded up to a bigger bike. He offered to send it to me free of charge. totally awesome gesture. HE did and wouldn't take anything in return.

I want to send him something to say thanks, but all I have is your crazy UK codes that he wrote on the packaging. I have no idea what it means and google maps is giving me two different address locations.

I probably shouldn't post the address so anyone willing to help PM me.
