Some people

Tonight I was out cruising around on my bike. The temp was about 73 and it was a beautiful evening for riding. I went to the grocery store to get a six pack and as I got on my bike and was getting ready to fire it up a car passed by and a douchebag leaned out the window and shouted "a gxr's better"

Honestly? It isn't a big Effin deal and I just blew it off at the time, but as I sat down throwing a few back I started to think....

I don't know about you guys, but I don't care what other people are riding as long as they ride. To me it's all about the experience and the bond you have with your bike. I love my Harley, I dig the hell out of it. On the other hand I never feel the need to shout out to someone else that their bike is inferior to another.... I'm starting to wonder if he even owns a bike.., maybe it's the booze, for I have made a few more stops to the store since then, but I'm kind of feeling that this guy is just a dipschit.
I guess what I'm wondering is this: is there really that much animosity between crotch rockets and cruisers? I have a buddy that owns 5 motorcycles, 2 cruisers and 3 crotch rockets and he loves both. But have you guys had a similar experience? If so, what are your thoughts on this? I just don't see why it matters so much as long as you are enjoying your bike.
