I just finished doing a top end rebuild on my '82' xlh, and rebuilt the carburetor while I was at it. I went to start the breaking in process, and found that I have a dead spot in my throttle. The engine will idle fine, but when I give it juice it starts to die off unless I gun it, and crank the rpms. Is this just a tuning/adjustment problem, and how should I fix it? Also, the bike won't run with the choke engaged, it just starts and then dies off immediately.
