Ok guys, I followed another thread on adjusting my clutch as well as the manual's instructions. All was fine for about 3 or 4 hours, then the clutch went back out of adjustment. I'm not all that mechanically inclined, but for crying out loud! Talk about a simple job...what did I screw up? I retightened all the fasteners...ALL the fasteners. But it still wants to pull at a dead stop with the clutch lever pulled all the way, like it's still partially in gear. What gives? Any ideas? Is this more than a clutch or lever adjustment problem? It's an '07 Nightster. 20K miles. I don't ride it hard.
