I recently decided to go back to my stock headlight on my 83, and while I was there I decided to simplify the wire harness. I have a barebones set up on my bike just headlight taillight stoplight. I've got it down to just the main quick connector that snaps into the back of the headlight.
so my question is there are two wires that come from the stop light switch, one goes into the main connector that I just mentioned. the other stoplight wire was routed to the smaller connector that also has turn signal wires inside the headlight. my wiring diagram says this should go back to the accessory circuit breaker. Since I eliminated this small connector, can I wire it straight to the circuit breaker?
